Wallet update notification
Due to a network issue on block 3 190 604 for wallets prior to 5.4.6.0, any user running an older wallet is required to update. You can upgrade by going to https://gridcoin.us/#Downloads and selecting your current operating system.
Polls
The gridcoin blockchain has a on-chain poll system.
Anyone can make a poll, and while there is no automatic actions taken at the end of a poll, many things we vote on have predefined rules that the team acts upon. One example is when a new BOINC project is voted in.
Since the release of Gridcoin v5.x the wallet uses a new v2 of the Poll contracts, which is much more secure than the previous implementation. On this page you can view all of the polls on the chain.
